City Inspected Mini-Market in Five Areas Simultaneously

To follow up the Trade Minister Regulation No. 6 of 2015 on Alcoholic Beverage Control, the Jakarta Cooperative Micro Small and Medium Enterprises Department (KUMKMP) held unannounced inspection (Sidak) simultaneously to a number of mini-market in Jakarta.

The offender will be dealt with applicable regulations and also be reported to the law enforcer

Supervision and Consumer Protection Control Head of the department, Robinhot Sinaga told the inspection was held  at mini-market and market in five areas. According to him, a number of officers prepared to inspect on a number of points that have been set, such as in Cempaka Putih Sub-District in Central Jakarta, Kelapa Gading Sub-District in North Jakarta, Tebet Sub-District in South Jakarta, Pulogadung Sub-District in East Jakarta, and Taman Sari Sub-District in West Jakarta.

"We didn't find any alcoholic beverages type A from the inspection," he explained, Tuesday (4/21).

Moreover, Sinaga continued, his side will give warning to the owner who violate the regulation.

"The offender will be dealt with applicable regulations and also be reported to the law enforcer," he uttered.
